The pearly mistelle Bulles de Cognac is elaborated from a white ugni grape variety, from Tuscany, where it’s exploited under the name Trebbiano toscano. The white ugni plays on a fruity aromatic register of lemon and quince, at times harbouring a discreet balsamic note from the Mediterranean zone.
